Fountain kits make adding water to your space easy, with a wide range of sizes and designs you will find something that suits your style and budget.
Perfect for a small space or incorporating into existing landscape.
We also do custom designs, using aquascapes fountain kits to create one of a kind water features.
By pumping water contained in a large, in-ground reservoir up and through your fountain, flowing back down the reservoir.
We have added an image in the gallery below showing this.
Pondless Waterfalls & Streams brings flowing water into your space. If space is limited, you can add a pondless waterfall to enjoy the sounds of running water. They can be built to sound soft and serene or have a more dramatic sound by having a larger drop. Available in many sizes it is a great option for both small and large spaces.
This option is extremely low maintenance, energy efficient, and attracts a variety of wildlife. Children love exploring nature in and around the waterfall and the shallow streams.
When it comes to design anything is possible.
HOW BIG IS YOUR IMAGINATION?
Pondless waterfalls work by pumping water contained in a large, in-ground reservoir up and through the Waterfall Spillway, allowing the water to flow back down into the reservoir. This simple recirculation system requires very little maintenance, is easy to install, and ideal for families with young children or pets that love to play in water.
If you decide you want a pond its easy to add to your waterfall later on.
A pond gives you a piece of paradise in your own backyard. Built with Aquascape products, we create a system that works with mother nature .
This low maintenance water garden provides shelter, food & safety to wildlife.
To create a balanced eco system these four components are essential.
1- Rocks & Gravel provide the surface area for beneficial bacteria to break down excess nutrients in the water and dissolve organic matter on the pond floor.
2- Plants are not only a great addition visually to your landscape but are mother nature’s true filters.
The plants thrive from the excess nutrients in the pond, depriving algae of its food source they play a critical role in the overall health of your ecosystem.
3- Fish reduce pond maintenance as they consume the matter on the bottom of the pond.
4- Aquascapes Filtration Products we install during the build provide the water circulation ensuring the fish and plants have the right amount of oxygen to remain healthy. The Skimmer will catch debris from the surface to reduce organic matter on the pond floor, while the bio fall allows beneficial bacteria to colonize and removes excess nutrients from the water.
An ecosystem pond includes both a biological and mechanical filter.
The biological filter provides surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonise and removes excess nutrients from the water.
The mechanical filter houses the pump and skims debris from the water’s surface to prevent organic materials from accumulating on the pond floor.
Also the 4 essential component above .
A recreational pool is designed as a natural ecosystem to work with mother nature to provide crystal clear water, utilising a wet land filtration system. A wetland works just like a biological filter, it creates an area in your pond filled with naturally-filtering plants, as well as rocks and gravel, which provide a surface for bacterial colonisation this giving us crystal clear water.
There are many benefits of a Recreation Pond: - Chlorine free, crystal clear, fresh water - Year-round enjoyment - Low maintenance, low running costs - Supports local wildlife - Your own outdoor snorkelling aquarium
A wetland works just like a biological filter, but instead of creating a waterfall, it creates an area in your pond thick with naturally- filtering plants, as well as rocks and gravel, which provide a surface for bacterial colonisation . Another key to the filtration is in the sediment chamber created by the Aqua Blox installed on the bottom of the wetland. This sediment chamber reduces the velocity of the incoming water below 2 feet per second, allowing the sedimentation process to occur while dispersing the water evenly along the bottom of the wetland. This bringing nutrients and oxygen to the bacterial colonies. Beneficial bacteria are housed in the gravel, providing your first layer of filtration before the water even hits the plant roots.
